However, under certain accepted circumstances, if you have any question or not happy with any aspect of our product or service, you may contact our support team (*Email ID) and request your refund. Submitting Refund Request

If you wish to request a refund or cancel your order, please send us an email at (*Email ID) with the following information and specific reason.

  • Your Order ID/ Reference Number/ Transaction ID
  • The email address that was used to make the purchase
  • Specifying the reason for requesting a refund

We will process your refund request within 24 hours on business days complying to the terms explained below.

30-days Moneyback Guarantee

We provide our customers with a free trial version of iOS Optimizer to test and evaluate the application before purchasing the program. The trial version allows you to enjoy the features of the program with limited trials or has limitations set on the final step so you can decide if the application is suitable for your requirements before placing an order.

iOS Optimizer has gained the confidence to back up its products and services with a 30-days money-back guarantee. We do not support the cancellation of an order after this period has expired. Refunds will only be approved under this guarantee in the following cases:

REFUNDABLE CASES:

iOS Optimizer issues refund requests if it is under the following circumstances within 30 days from the date of purchase. The amount will be refunded to the bank account details that you used to make the payment.

  • In case the iOS Optimizer application has some terminal technical problems, and the issue was not resolved within 30 days. In such case, iOS Optimizer will refund the product price if you don't want to wait any further for an updation.
  • You do not receive registration code or confirmation from our end within 24 hours after your purchase and haven’t received a timely response (within 48 hours) from the iOS Optimizer support team after contacting them via email or phone. In this case, iOS Optimizer may cancel your order and offer a refund if you request.
  • In the event that you do not know that your order is auto-renewed and you didn't receive the auto-renew email or notification before the renewal, please contact us within 7 days after the renewal has occurred. We will accept your request and offer you a refund.

Once we have issued your refund request, the corresponding license code will be deactivated and you are required to uninstall the application from your iOS device.

Support Charge Fee:

We provide Partial Refund on a case-by-case basis by deducting applicable support charge fee. The support charge fee depends on, without limitation to,

  • the number of times you requested a support service from our engineers for general reasons or product-related issues.
  • the number of hours spent by our engineers to fix your issues, and
  • the number of days left in the 30-days refundable period.

Under any acceptable circumstance, you request a refund, you hereby agree to pay the support charge fee which might be changed by iOS Optimizer at any time without prior notification. However, we may not support refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase.

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

  • Once the application has been provided or furnished on your device.
  • Incapable of operating the program.
  • Services offered with promotional discounts on special occasions such as Independence Day, New Year, etc. These are limited edition offers and hence any kind of request for refund will not be availed.
  • Due to credit card fraud or unauthorized purchase of the product. iOS Optimizer cooperates with our third-party service providers for the payment processing and so we are unable to monitor authorization during the transaction or purchase process. Please contact your credit card issuer to resolve the issue. iOS Optimizer will always here to support you if possible.
  • If, for no reason, you refuse to cooperate with our support team to diagnose or troubleshoot the issues that you have requested to resolve.
  • A refund request without a reason.
